Dean
has over 20 years experience in the retail industry from both the
retailer and landlords perspective. He started his consultancy practice
representing retailers in early 2000 and has been successful in
servicing a broad range of major state, national and independent
retailers.
Prior to private practice, Dean was Director of Retail Services for
Knight Frank (WA), responsible for leasing, marketing and management of
the largest portfolio of retail property in Western Australia including
regional shopping centres, CBD arcades and suburban strip shops.
In his career he has been involved in the management, and leasing of
more than 1500 retail leases.
