Pandora
has been involved in the Shopping Centre
industry for the past 23 years and has managed a variety of Shopping
Centres including 12 years as the Centre Manager at Lakeside Joondalup
Shopping City.
More recently Pandora was the Portfolio Manager for the ING Retail
Centres in Perth and Adelaide, overseeing the management of Lakeside
Joondalup, Armadale Shopping City and Mile End Homemaker Centre in
Adelaide.
Pandora has extensive experience in dealing with lease negotiations,
lease management and conflict resolutions. Over the years Pandora has
built a very good rapport with many retailers and is well known in the
retail industry.
Pandora has obtained her CSMA (Certified Shopping Centre Manager
Australia) and holds a Real Estate and Business Agents Licence and
Triennial Certificate.
