Paul
has worked for Westfield Leasing in both WA and Queensland. He has also
worked for Colonial First State (previously known as Gandel Retail
Management). This has given him a good insight into how a large
corporate landlord operates within the retail marketplace. With this
in-depth knowledge, experience and contacts within the retail industry,
this now translates into major benefits for our clients.
Prior to the above experience Paul worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and
Knight Frank where he ran the Retail Leasing Departments. At this time
these agents had the largest retail porfolios in Western Australia.
Over the last 15 years Paul has been involved in the leasing and
redevelopment of most of the major shopping centres in Perth, along with
varied Eastern States experience in retail property.
